Role Overview: Director of Product Marketing

Smartcat is hiring a Director of Product Marketing based in Boston, Massachusetts. This individual contributor role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The position focuses on defining and leading go-to-market strategies for Smartcat’s products and solutions, especially for marketing and learning & development professionals.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Smartcat’s platform, targeting marketing and L&D buyers.
  • Shape and refine product messaging to highlight business value and platform capabilities.
  • Lead major product launches and ensure clear, compelling narratives reach the right audiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to connect customer needs with product development.
  • Champion the perspective of marketing buyers, ensuring their voice informs the product roadmap.
  • Create content and strategies that address real challenges faced by marketers.
