About the Role:
Medallion is seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing to assist healthcare organizations in freeing their teams from administrative burdens, thereby accelerating time-to-revenue. You will spearhead the go-to-market strategy and product positioning for our B2B enterprise solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the link between product development, marketing, and sales, ensuring that our offerings are effectively communicated to the market and that the value propositions resonate with the target audience. Responsibilities include conducting market research, performing competitive analysis, determining pricing strategies, and equipping our sales teams with the insights and tools they need to drive revenue growth. This strategic leadership position directly influences the success and adoption of our products.
This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing, with base compensation ranging from $175,000 to $220,000. Along with a competitive salary, Medallion provides equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation considerations include market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level.
