About the Role
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will serve as the principal architect of CaptivateIQ's market presence and execution strategy at a crucial juncture as we transition from a flagship single-product to a diverse multi-product portfolio. This role is pivotal in defining how we present ourselves in the market and the effectiveness of our execution, marking you as a crucial leadership addition and the driving force behind our go-to-market strategy during a substantial growth period.

You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of five across Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Advocacy, embodying a true player-coach mentality. This allows you to collaborate with executive leadership on high-level positioning while remaining deeply involved in the tactical execution. By functioning at both strategic and tactical levels, you will ensure the field has the necessary tools, training, and proof points to drive pipeline, secure deals, and expand accounts. This role offers expansive ownership beyond traditional product marketing, tailored for a leader eager to connect vision with field success.
