We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager (Salesforce) to become a vital part of our Global Information Systems Team. In this role, you will harness industry best practices to assess internal customer needs, translating them into actionable strategies while collaborating closely with development teams as the business advocate.
Your Responsibilities:
Cultivating trusted relationships and effectively managing stakeholder expectations;
Creating and maintaining product roadmaps and prioritizing features;
Establishing and delivering success metrics to align initiatives with business objectives;
Analyzing and documenting business processes, requirements, scenarios, and pain points;
Leading user research to gain deep insights into internal stakeholder needs and workflows, ensuring product decisions are informed by real user feedback;
Facilitating the development of new business processes and identifying optimization opportunities;
Analyzing and proposing innovative solutions to enhance business performance;
Translating business requirements into clear instructions for technical teams and clarifying issues throughout the development lifecycle;
Overseeing the agile development process, including sprint planning, release planning, user acceptance testing, and other related ceremonies;
Managing change through the development of training materials, communication plans, and launch schedules;
Collaborating across various product and technology teams, including corporate data and Go-To-Market strategies;
Contributing to the ongoing management and development of the IS Product Management Practice by implementing best practices and enhancing workflows.
