About the job
TransPerfect is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Salesforce Product Manager who will take complete ownership of our CRM operating model in a dynamic, global setting. This pivotal role is dedicated to establishing a robust structure, ensuring clarity, and maintaining control over the processes of intake, prioritization, and execution. We seek a self-starter capable of independently managing the model without external guidance.
This position transcends mere coordination; it embodies true ownership. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of product ownership principles alongside extensive, hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform. This knowledge will empower you to make sound decisions in technically challenging scenarios, challenge requirements as needed, and proactively drive project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap and Strategy
• Develop and uphold a coherent Salesforce roadmap in alignment with business priorities and platform advancements.
• Convert strategic objectives into organized initiatives rather than isolated demands.
• Strategically plan the integration of new business units or acquisitions into the Salesforce ecosystem, outlining the methodology for incorporating new teams, data, and processes into the current setup.
Backlog and Intake Management
• Take full ownership of the CRM backlog from start to finish.
• Implement a structured intake process, ensuring all requests are thoroughly scoped and documented prior to entering the backlog.
• Analyze and question business requirements, pushing back where clarity is lacking, complexity is unnecessary, or if there is a conflict with platform best practices.
Prioritization and Stakeholder Management
• Direct prioritization efforts across a multifaceted, global stakeholder environment with competing demands.
• Apply consistent prioritization criteria under pressure, balancing business value, technical risk, and platform health.
• Articulate priorities and compromises effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Execution and Governance
• Ensure clarity in execution, guaranteeing that user stories are well-defined, acceptance criteria are established, and delivery teams have everything necessary to proceed.
• Maintain governance compliance across all CRM change processes.
