TransPerfect is in search of an accomplished Senior Salesforce Product Manager to take full ownership of the CRM operating model in a dynamic, global setting. This pivotal role will establish structure, clarity, and control throughout the processes of intake, prioritization, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to independently manage the model without reliance on external guidance.
This position is more than mere coordination; it requires a proactive leader. The right individual will have a robust discipline in product ownership and a deep, hands-on expertise with the Salesforce platform, empowering them to make well-informed decisions in technically intricate situations, address requirements with scrutiny, and drive successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap and Strategy
• Define and uphold a clear Salesforce roadmap that aligns with business priorities and the evolution of the platform.
• Transform strategic needs into structured initiatives rather than fragmented requests.
• Strategically plan and structure the integration of new business units or acquisitions into the Salesforce ecosystem, outlining the methods for incorporating new teams, data, and processes into the current framework.
Backlog and Intake Management
• Assume complete ownership of the CRM backlog from start to finish.
• Implement structured intake processes to ensure that all requests are comprehensively scoped and documented prior to entering the backlog.
• Accurately interpret and challenge business needs, pushing back when requirements lack clarity, introduce unwarranted complexity, or conflict with platform best practices.
Prioritization and Stakeholder Management
• Lead prioritization efforts across a complex landscape of global stakeholders with competing demands.
• Employ consistent prioritization criteria under pressure, balancing business value, technical risk, and platform integrity.
• Clearly communicate priorities and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Execution and Governance
• Ensure clarity in execution by defining stories, setting acceptance criteria, and equipping delivery teams with necessary resources.
• Maintain governance adherence across all CRM change processes.
