About the job
TransPerfect is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Product Manager to lead and enhance our CRM operating model in a multifaceted global environment. This pivotal role involves establishing structure, clarity, and control across the processes of intake, prioritization, and execution. We seek an individual who can independently maintain the integrity of the model without the need for external guidance.
This position is not about coordination; it is about ownership. The ideal candidate will possess a robust product ownership discipline coupled with a deep, hands-on understanding of the Salesforce platform. This expertise will empower them to make informed decisions in technically challenging scenarios, question requirements when necessary, and actively propel project delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
Roadmap and Strategy
• Develop and sustain a coherent Salesforce roadmap that aligns with business priorities and the evolution of the platform.
• Convert strategic needs into structured initiatives rather than disjointed requests.
• Plan and organize the onboarding of new business units or acquisitions into the Salesforce ecosystem, outlining the strategy for integrating new teams, data, and processes into the existing framework.
Backlog and Intake Management
• Own and proactively manage the CRM backlog from start to finish.
• Implement structured intake processes, ensuring all requests are thoroughly scoped and documented before they enter the backlog.
• Interpret and challenge business needs, advocating for clarity and simplicity, and pushing back against requirements that may introduce unnecessary complexity or conflict with best practices of the platform.
Prioritization and Stakeholder Management
• Lead prioritization efforts across a diverse, global stakeholder landscape with competing demands.
• Employ consistent prioritization logic under pressure, balancing business value, technical risk, and platform health.
• Clearly communicate priorities and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Execution and Governance
• Ensure execution clarity, guaranteeing that stories are well-defined, acceptance criteria are established, and delivery teams are equipped to proceed.
• Uphold governance compliance across all CRM change processes.
