About the Role
Leap is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing initiatives from strategy formulation to execution. In this pivotal role, you will craft Leap’s positioning and messaging, refine buyer segmentation, and develop compelling content that articulates our narrative. Collaborating closely with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams, you will enhance market visibility, educate potential buyers on Leap’s unparalleled solutions for specialty care, and propel our growth trajectory. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and evolve Leap’s positioning and messaging, ensuring clarity in our value proposition, resonance with target segments, and differentiation in the employer health ecosystem.
Oversee go-to-market strategies and execution for new products, features, and commercial initiatives, working closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Marketing to create high-impact launch strategies.
Create persuasive sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI narratives, and competitive insights, that enhance sales velocity and effectiveness.
Provide actionable market and competitive insights to internal teams, translating findings into strategic recommendations that influence sales strategy, pricing, packaging, and the product roadmap.
Establish scalable product marketing systems and processes that optimize operational efficiency, measure impact, and support future team development and investment.
