What you’ll do
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will spearhead the product marketing strategy at Brex, focusing on effectively positioning our financial products in a rapidly changing and competitive landscape. This role encompasses overseeing the Product Marketing function and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive market-leading growth while ensuring that Brex’s offerings align with customer needs and business objectives.
Reporting directly to the Chief Design Officer, you will be positioned at the crossroads of product strategy, customer insights, marketing strategies, and creative execution. You will work closely with product, sales, design, and marketing teams to craft the portfolio narrative, launch innovative products, outline campaign messaging and strategies, promote adoption, and solidify Brex’s status as a leader in financial services and software. Your efforts will directly impact pipeline generation, win rates, revenue expansion, and product adoption.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our New York office. Our hybrid work environment combines the vibrancy and connections of in-office work with the flexibility of working from home. Currently, we require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer the option for up to four weeks of fully remote work annually!
