The Role
At Kindred, we are developing a trust-driven home swapping network. Our growth strategy focuses not just on increasing traffic but on building credibility through social proof, minimizing activation barriers, and promoting sustainable behavioral changes.
Introducing Circles, our latest product evolution: curated micro-networks based on shared affiliations and identities. Circles will enhance trust formation by clarifying “who you’re swapping with” and providing social verification. When executed successfully, Circles will create a self-reinforcing system for Kindred, leading to improved first-time conversions, increased repeat hosting and travel, and stronger member-led acquisitions.
