Your responsibilities will encompass: Building and nurturing relationships with BFSI executives – Develop and sustain connections with senior leaders (CXOs, department heads) across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurance companies, representing Arrowhead within the BFSI landscape. Establishing a client-centric presence – Regularly engage at client offices to gain insights into their operations, seamlessly integrate into their workflows, and become a valued extension of their team. Organizing industry events – Lead the planning and execution of roundtables, executive dinners, panel discussions, and exclusive client events that highlight Arrowhead’s thought leadership and foster valuable interactions with BFSI decision-makers. Expanding current client engagements – Identify and activate additional use cases and departments within existing accounts, transforming single-use engagements into comprehensive, enterprise-level partnerships. Pursuing new revenue opportunities – Thoroughly evaluate client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling prospects, crafting account strategies that promote sustained revenue growth. Leading and mentoring the sales team – Recruit, guide, and manage our Sales and Customer Success teams to consistently meet targets and grow accounts. Setting and owning revenue goals – Establish ambitious yet achievable targets, maintain pipeline discipline, and ensure robust conversion rates throughout the sales process. Developing the GTM playbook – Implement and refine strategies that include relationship-driven outreach, executive events, referral networks, and continuous improvements. Managing partnerships – Design and oversee partnership frameworks that enhance our market presence.

This role is pivotal to our growth initiative: embedding ourselves within India’s top-tier banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), serving as a trusted advisor to their executive teams, and ensuring Arrowhead is recognized as an integral partner across all accounts.

This multifaceted role entails being a relationship architect, a revenue driver, and a BFSI expert , fully accountable for positioning Arrowhead as the favored partner for financial institutions in India.
