We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer to enhance our North America Team.

The Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect in a pre-sales capacity at Semperis, located in the Western United States, you will play a pivotal role in our pursuit team. Your collaboration with sales, engineering, and business development teams will be crucial in delivering our cutting-edge security and identity solutions. You will work closely with sales to devise effective strategies and identify new product opportunities, directly addressing the technical needs of our clients. Your insights into customer challenges and market dynamics will significantly influence our future product development.

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations both online and in-person, while leading technical presentations and providing assistance with ROI presentations.

  • Oversee proof of concept technical installations in collaboration with customers.

  • Partner with sales teams to formulate innovative sales strategies and recognize new product opportunities.

  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer pain points within expansive directory services environments.

  • Document and convey technical requirements between customers and internal teams.

  • Provide constructive feedback and insights to engineering and development teams.

  • Offer pre-sales technical support and product education.

  • Design tailored technical solutions to meet the business, technical, and financial objectives of customers.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop comprehensive requirements documents, presentations, proposals, and ROI models, ensuring all pre-sales customer requirements are meticulously documented and transitioned.
