Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who excels at bridging the gap between customer successes and sales strategies. In this role, you will transform product launches into impactful market events, customer experiences into compelling case studies, and competitive situations into strategic wins. Collaborating closely with our co-founders and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will establish a systematic marketing framework that drives enterprise deals. If you have a track record of converting B2B customer successes into strong marketing assets, this is your chance to build a marketing function from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive product launches, overseeing external market releases and internal team training, ensuring effective positioning, enablement, and amplification.
Steer the entire customer success story lifecycle, from identification through interviews, content creation, legal approvals, and distribution.
Develop and manage Siena Academy, designing curricula that enhance customer adoption and highlight product value.
Create a competitive intelligence system, including battlecards, presentation decks, and positioning frameworks that empower sales teams to succeed.
Produce ROI calculators and business case materials to clearly communicate value differentiation.
Assemble a visual asset library with case studies, one-pagers, before-and-after illustrations, and templates for immediate sales use.
Establish robust feedback loops with sales, customer success, and product teams to continuously enhance our marketing strategies.
