You are a builder who thrives at the intersection of AI agents, customer experience, and ecommerce.
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds:
The Operator Who Wants to Build , You have experience as a solutions engineer, implementation manager, technical account manager, or in customer success at tech startups. You’ve executed complex systems, overseen enterprise rollouts, and designed solutions. You comprehend both customer pain points and product functionalities, and you’ve witnessed where systems falter in production. Now, you wish to shape the future of CX with your operational experience.
The Technical PM , You have successfully launched products at technical B2B companies, ideally in CX, helpdesk, ecommerce, marketing tools, or AI automation. You understand the software development lifecycle and how to foster product adoption. You excel at collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
The Consumer-Minded Builder , You grasp what makes products enjoyable to use. You consider user behavior, ecommerce trends, purchasing patterns, and the development of premium experiences. Perhaps you have experience with consumer products, growth teams, or data analytics roles. You bring a user-first perspective to enterprise software.
