Responsibilities:Go-to-Market StrategyLead the messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy for critical BitGo products and features. Develop an in-depth understanding of customer segments across both institutional and retail audiences. Create buyer personas, use cases, and competitive positioning to effectively differentiate BitGo in the marketplace. Product & Launch ExecutionCollaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities and bring new features to market. Manage product launches from start to finish, including internal alignment, messaging, and external campaigns. Oversee release communications and drive adoption among existing and prospective clients. Sales EnablementDevelop sales collateral such as presentations, product guides, demos, and customer-facing materials. Empower Sales and Business Development teams with the messaging and tools necessary to close deals. Collect insights to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.

Role overview

This full-time Product Marketing Manager role is based on-site in New York. Regular presence in the office is important for close teamwork and creative problem-solving. The position focuses on shaping and executing BitGo’s go-to-market strategy across several product lines, including custody, wallets, APIs, and new retail and mobile experiences. This role plays a key part in defining how BitGo’s products are introduced to the market and adopted by users.
