Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a Technical Lead to join our Platform Engineering team at Atria Health. In this pivotal role, you will be leading the technical strategy for our platform, mentoring engineers, and overseeing daily operations. Your primary focus will include EMR integrations (with a specific emphasis on Athena), developing effective caching strategies, and delivering robust internal tools and support for our various product teams, such as Clinical Experience, Member Experience, and Care Delivery. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of essential platform services, significantly enhancing the engineering capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Establish and steer the technical vision for the Platform Engineering team
  • Guide architecture decisions regarding integration patterns, caching infrastructures, and shared services
  • Act as a technical escalation resource for challenging platform issues
  • Facilitate design reviews to ensure that platform services meet reliability, performance, and security benchmarks

EMR Integrations

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and upkeep of Athena EMR integrations
  • Develop scalable and resilient integration patterns for clinical data synchronization
  • Collaborate with Clinical Experience and Care Delivery teams to identify integration requirements and deliver effective solutions
