Role Overview

Atria Health is on the lookout for a Technical Lead to join our DevOps team, where you will spearhead engineering excellence across our infrastructure, software development life cycle (SDLC), and observability functions. As a senior individual contributor, you will guide the technical vision of our DevOps team, mentoring engineers, overseeing daily operations, and collaborating with product teams focused on Clinical Experience, Member Experience, and Care Delivery to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. You will take ownership of intricate infrastructure projects from design to implementation, while establishing best practices that uplift the entire engineering organization.
