The Lead Server role at Atria Health is crucial in ensuring the Hospitality team operates cohesively, leveraging food and beverage expertise to enhance the member experience from the initial greeting to their departure. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating memorable moments, and guiding the service team with foresight and compassion.
- Maintain an active presence across both floors, greeting members in their suites and following up post-departure while effectively communicating with kitchen and service teams regarding priorities.
- Facilitate smooth daily communication between servers and housekeeping teams, prioritizing tasks according to member and Institute needs.
- Assist in delivering curated hospitality experiences based on individual preferences, recovery needs, and feel-good opportunities.
- Oversee and lead daily member experiences and operations.
- Participate actively in bi-weekly team line-ups and daily huddles, sharing ideas to enhance service.
- Train and maintain high food preparation standards, service knowledge, and health and safety protocols among team members.
- Support all Atria events with staffing and execution responsibilities.
- Curate thoughtful food and beverage offerings and gift amenities to foster ongoing member engagement.
- Estimate food and amenity needs, place orders with distributors, and coordinate the delivery of fresh supplies in collaboration with the General Manager of Hospitality.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all clinical testing available at Atria.
- Inform and guide hospitality service teams regarding members' appointment details and testing requirements, including fasting and hydration needs related to food and beverage service.
