Join CrewBloom as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on Outbound Sales, where you will play a crucial role in our dynamic sales team. In this remote position, your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential clients through proactive outreach. Your efforts to generate qualified leads will significantly impact our sales success.

Starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $6 to $7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to cultivate a solid sales pipeline.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers, crafting effective engagement strategies.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate meetings for the sales team to convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure outreach aligns with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Commit to continuous learning about our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or lead generation, particularly in IT staffing and professional services.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales or lead generation, consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging manner.
  • Proficient in researching and identifying potential clients to tailor outreach efforts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously while tracking progress.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen desire to excel in a competitive environment.
  • Experience working with Western companies is preferred.

Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during power outages.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5, and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed performance standards of the primary device.
