Key Responsibilities:Schedule and attend new qualified appointments to showcase our services. Conduct client visits to understand their needs and present our solutions. Collaborate with the Telesales and Marketing teams to generate inbound leads for you to follow up on. Manage a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal progression and closure. Hold direct responsibility for sales generation with individual targets. Drive sales across all potential streams while working collaboratively with all departments. Achieve the KPI for proposal presentations. Ensure all work quoted is costed and approved per company procedures, with submissions being comprehensive, professional, and accurate. Maintain and develop the CRM database effectively. Qualifications:Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in telesales, marketing-led lead generation, or bid support environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage your diary effectively. Passionate about B2B sales within a similar market, with a knack for building relationships and influencing key stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office packages and CRM systems. Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude and excel under pressure while meeting targets. Demonstrate resilience and a proactive mentality to overcome challenges and achieve goals. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results. Possess a comprehensive understanding of business and financial terms, enabling you to compile sound business cases. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to seeing tasks through to successful completion.
