About the job
Join our dynamic Sales department at Matera, where a dedicated team of around thirty professionals works collaboratively to qualify prospects, develop business opportunities, and close deals. Our common goal is to guide potential clients through to contract signing, navigating a sales cycle that typically spans 3 to 4 months, requiring majority votes from co-ownerships to subscribe to our solution.
As a member of the Sales team, your primary responsibility will be to support and persuade prospects to advance in the sales process, organizing meetings with our Account Executives.
In your role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, serving as a crucial link in our sales process and actively contributing to our commercial objectives.
By joining Matera's Sales department, you will have the chance to engage daily with a diverse range of stakeholders!
With approximately 600,000 co-ownerships in France, each represents a unique community, and understanding their dynamics is essential for us to convince them to join our vision!
Our prospects range from small co-ownerships with three units in rural areas to large residential complexes with 300 apartments in urban centers, where we will present competitive offers to professional managers.

During your first three months, you will receive training on sales techniques and gain insights into our products and target customers through technical training and practical workshops. You will have regular one-on-one meetings with your mentor to track your progress.
