As a Level 2 Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:Providing technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote tools. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues effectively. Documenting support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system. Collaborating with Level 1 support and other IT teams to resolve complex issues. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications include:Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally in a Level 2 environment. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
