Schedule: US Mountain Time hours, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time
Salary: $1,200- $1,400 USD - Salary negotiable based on experience

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to connect with potential customers and showcase our platform's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development & Execution (80% Focus)
- Lead Generation: Conduct research and outreach via cold emails, calls, and social media, including LinkedIn, to identify potential customers.
- Prospect Qualification: Engage with prospects to assess their needs and determine the suitability of our SaaS solutions.
- Demo Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations for interested prospects, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our platform to effectively convey its benefits to prospects.
- Follow-Up: Engage leads consistently to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Metrics Tracking: Achieve or surpass monthly targets for outreach activities, demo appointments, and qualified leads.
2. Systems & Process Optimization (20% Focus)
- Workflow Documentation: Identify and document successful outreach patterns to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that can be replicated.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze the sales process for friction points and propose solutions to enhance conversion rates.
