As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cutterpillar, you will be instrumental in driving our sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers. Your proactive outreach will help us expand our client base and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers and initiate contact through various channels, including email, social media, and cold calls.
  • Prospect Qualification: Engage with leads to assess their needs and determine their compatibility with Cutterpillar’s offerings.
  • CRM Management: Diligently document all interactions with prospects and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to synchronize strategies, share insights, and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Cutterpillar’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and guide them through the sales process.
  • Metrics Tracking: Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation and prospect engagement, alongside other key performance indicators (KPIs).
