Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) who brings outbound sales expertise to enhance our lead generation efforts and drive pipeline expansion.

This remote SDR position requires adherence to East Coast (EST) business hours, with a primary focus on engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings for our sales team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and engage potential clients seeking marketing services.
  • Qualify leads effectively and set up meetings for Account Executives.
  • Research target accounts and customize outreach strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on outreach effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Regularly achieve and exceed targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a customer-facing role, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing services, including paid advertising, SEO, and social media.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and adept at overcoming objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work during East Coast (EST) hours.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
  • Experience in selling marketing services or SaaS products is preferred.
