QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetry, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of clinical experience in Radiation Therapy is preferred.2-3 years of technical training/education experience in a professional or academic setting. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient with software and technology. Strong professionalism with confidence in engaging with various stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Adaptable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining corporate confidentiality.

About the job

The Radiotherapy On-Site Application Trainer will play a pivotal role in training and supporting core products within the realms of IGRT and SGRT. This position primarily engages with key stakeholders including Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrists, and Administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate on-site and classroom training sessions focusing on the effective use of radiotherapy products, notably ExacTrac Dynamic and ExacTrac Surface.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to radiation therapists, physicians, and medical physicists during patient treatments.
  • Lead On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses, ensuring a high standard of training delivery.
  • Assess and address customer training needs through detailed evaluations and proposed solutions.
  • Maintain certification for specific course delivery while fostering continuous knowledge improvement regarding Brainlab products and clinical workflows.
  • Drive growth in the Brainlab Education business and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional training experiences.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for product applications, collaborating with the Instructional Design team on curriculum material development.
  • Enhance training procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with all customers and team members courteously, setting a professional example within the organization.
