Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetry, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of clinical experience in Radiation Therapy preferred.2-3 years of experience in technical training or education within a professional or academic setting is preferred. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of comfort with technology and software. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with diverse audiences. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Commitment to quality and maintaining confidentiality.

About the job

As a Radiotherapy On-Site Application Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in educating and supporting users of our advanced radiotherapy technologies, with a focus on Image-Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT) and Surface-Guided Radiotherapy (SGRT). Your primary audience will include Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrists, and Administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate on-site and classroom training sessions for healthcare professionals on the operational use of our radiotherapy solutions, particularly ExacTrac Dynamic and ExacTrac Surface.
  • Provide hands-on assistance and support to radiation therapists and physicians during patient treatment procedures.
  • Develop and deliver On-Site Applications Training (OAT) courses that meet professional standards.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for Brainlab applications is provided to customers.
  • Conduct assessments to determine initial and ongoing training needs, proposing solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Maintain certification for course delivery and actively engage in continuous learning regarding Brainlab products and clinical workflows.
  • Contribute to the growth of Brainlab Education and enhance customer satisfaction through quality training experiences.
  • Act as a resource for product knowledge related to specific applications.
  • Assist the Instructional Design team in creating course materials and improve educational procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate courteously with customers and team members, fostering a professional environment.
  • Serve as a role model within the company.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
