Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetry, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of clinical experience in Radiation Therapy is preferred.2-3 years of experience in technical training or education within a professional or academic setting. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High comfort level with modern software and technology. Professional demeanor and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and quality. Self-motivated and proactive in professional development.

About the job

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Radiotherapy On-Site Application Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in training and supporting our innovative IGRT and SGRT solutions, primarily focusing on Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrists, and Administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate both on-site and classroom training sessions on the use of our advanced radiotherapy products, including ExacTrac Dynamic and ExacTrac Surface.
  • Provide hands-on support to radiation therapists, physicians, and medical physicists during patient treatment sessions.
  • Conduct On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses ensuring a high standard of education for our customers.
  • Assess customer training needs continually and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brainlab products and clinical workflows to enhance training delivery.
  • Assist in the design and development of course materials in collaboration with the Instructional Design team.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Actively participate in trade shows and meetings, representing Brainlab with expertise and enthusiasm.
