Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetry, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of clinical experience in Radiation Therapy preferred.2-3 years of technical training or educational experience in a professional or academic setting. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in software and technology. Professional demeanor and confidence in interacting with diverse stakeholders. Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining quality standards. Understanding of corporate confidentiality requirements. Self-motivated and proactive in professional development.

About the job

The Radiotherapy On-Site Application Trainer will play a pivotal role in educating and supporting healthcare professionals in utilizing our advanced IGRT and SGRT products. This position primarily engages with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrists, and Administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate both on-site and classroom training sessions on Brainlab radiotherapy products, including ExacTrac Dynamic and ExacTrac Surface.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to radiation therapists, physicians, and medical physicists throughout patient treatment processes.
  • Conduct On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses, ensuring a high standard of delivery.
  • Assess initial and ongoing training needs of customers, recommending tailored solutions.
  • Maintain certification for specific training courses and enhance knowledge of Brainlab products and clinical workflows.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Brainlab Education division and enhance customer satisfaction through effective training.
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert and collaborate with the Instructional Design team to improve course materials.
  • Continuously refine Brainlab education procedures to boost efficiency.
  • Engage courteously with customers, vendor representatives, and team members while exemplifying professionalism.
  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000.
