Role: Provider Success Manager (Practice Growth)
We are on the lookout for a Provider Success Manager to drive the success of autism care practices utilizing the Alpaca platform.
This role transcends traditional customer success; it focuses on helping providers develop sustainable, high-quality, and profitable practices. Understanding the financial aspects of running an ethical ABA practice is essential for both clinicians and Alpaca.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clinicians and practice owners to enhance operational efficiency, reduce intake times, and improve outcomes for families.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, operator, and partner in growth, holding significant responsibility for both provider success and company performance.
