Position Summary
The Provider Growth & Success Manager plays a crucial role in helping childcare providers effectively launch, run, and grow their businesses on the Wonderschool platform. This position is responsible for overseeing the provider journey from initial onboarding through to long-term success, integrating coaching, business support, and product enablement to foster significant outcomes.
By working directly with providers both in the field and virtually, this role ensures that providers not only get started but also thrive, achieving robust enrollment, operational efficiency, and sustainable revenue. The success of this position has a direct impact on provider achievements, marketplace expansion, and access to childcare within local communities.
Responsibilities
Drive Provider Success & Growth
- Support providers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding and launch to ongoing growth and expansion.
- Establish strong, trust-based relationships through in-person visits, virtual coaching, and proactive outreach.
- Assist providers in reaching key outcomes, including enrollment growth, operational efficiency, and revenue stability.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding providers through challenges and opportunities.
Coaching & Business Enablement
- Coach providers on essential small business fundamentals, such as pricing, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Assist providers in creating sustainable operations, including staffing and strategies for long-term growth.
- Help providers develop strong program positioning, effective parent communication, and community engagement strategies.
- Guide providers in setting and achieving measurable business goals.
