As an integral member of our partnerships team, you will assist in managing the entire partner relationship lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to performance tracking and collaborative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Support & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring consistent communication and quick resolution of questions.
- Facilitate support requests and promote seamless collaboration among internal teams.
Research & Prospecting:
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential partnership opportunities and analyze competitor partnerships.
- Assist in developing focused partner prospect lists that align with our strategic goals.
Partner Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, providing essential resources, tools, and training to ensure their success.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track essential partner metrics, including lead generation, revenue impact, and engagement levels.
- Create detailed weekly and monthly reports to assess KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Coordination:
- Work alongside the marketing team to execute joint campaigns, aligning objectives and monitoring performance to optimize mutual benefits.
Documentation & CRM Management:
- Keep accurate and updated records of partnership activities, agreements, and metrics in our CRM system.
Partner Sales Enablement:
- Account Mapping: Collaborate with partners to identify high-potential accounts and coordinate joint sales efforts.
- Co-Selling Strategies: Support the sales team by facilitating partner training, aligning strategies, and tracking co-selling results.
- Co-Marketing Support: Work with marketing to develop joint materials, case studies, and lead generation campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.
- Product Enablement: Equip partners with updated product information, sales tools, and training to enhance their marketing and sales capabilities.
