We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative who can manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact to closing deals. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a rapidly evolving, early-stage setting.
The role encompasses both inbound and outbound sales initiatives, allowing you to engage with business customers directly, drive revenue, and actively contribute to the development of sales strategies, processes, and messaging. As a vital member of a growing team, you'll have significant influence over how the sales engine develops from day one.
Manage inbound leads from the initial interaction to closing the deal
Ensure timely, intelligent, and consistent follow-ups
Conduct Zoom meetings, qualify leads, assess needs, recommend suitable solutions, and finalize sales
Maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline to prevent any leads from slipping through the cracks
Proactively move stalled deals forward with creative strategies
Identify and reach out to potential business clients proactively
Engage in outbound efforts through email, LinkedIn, calls, and innovative strategies
Qualify outbound leads and convert them into real sales opportunities
Schedule meetings and either close smaller deals personally or facilitate the smooth handoff of larger deals
Continuously enhance messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies based on effective practices
Contribute to the development of initial sales processes, playbooks, and tools
Provide constructive feedback on existing practices and suggest improvements
Be a key player in establishing a robust B2B sales engine.
