Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a driven and adaptable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our dynamic, healthcare-focused sales team. This position suits individuals embarking on their sales journey, who are adept at managing inbound leads, assessing prospects, and arranging appointments. Familiarity with healthcare services, medical products, or health technology will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential healthcare clients
Evaluate leads based on established criteria and direct opportunities accordingly
Coordinate appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives
Ensure accurate tracking of activities and leads in the CRM system
Follow up with inbound prospects to guarantee prompt engagement
Understand and communicate the company's healthcare-focused value proposition
Work alongside sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
Background in sales, customer support, or appointment-setting
Prior experience in remote work environments, proficient with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.; candidates lacking remote work experience will not be considered
Experience interacting with US or UK-based clients or companies
Exceptional verbal communication skills and confidence in engaging with prospects via phone
Basic CRM proficiency (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Access to a reliable internet connection and a conducive remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with healthcare, medical services, health technology, or insurance sectors
Experience managing inbound sales or customer requests
Understanding of appointment setting or lead qualification methodologies
