What you will do

  • Prepare and process sales invoices, handling a range of accounting-related administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with customers to follow up on accounts receivable, addressing questions about invoices, payments, and contracts.
  • Verify and process customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation in internal systems.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their files, orders, and administrative processes.
  • Enter, update, and manage sales contracts in the database, maintaining high standards for data quality.
  • Support general administrative duties, including reception, phone inquiries, and office management tasks.
  • Assist with daily operational activities and help implement internal projects.
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and customers to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are met.
