SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Success Specialist fluent in English to join the team remotely from Plátanos, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. This role supports B2B clients throughout their journey, from initial product setup to ongoing relationship management. The position combines technical product configuration, account management, and client training to help customers get the most from our solutions.
What You Will Do
- Set up and configure complex B2B platforms with functional logic similar to Odoo, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Lead demo calls to understand client requirements and showcase product features that address their needs.
- Design and deliver training sessions to help clients adopt and use the product effectively.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention and identifying opportunities for upgrades or growth as client needs evolve.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or account management roles.
- Background in configuring or implementing complex B2B products with functional logic (such as ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms like Odoo, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Responsible, customer-focused approach.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Strong presentation and account management skills.
