KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the complete lifecycle of 100–120 industry conferences each year, including event selection, contracting, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. Oversee national and state association events, speaking engagements, and new vertical initiatives (e.g., wealth management). Analyze event performance against pipeline and retention metrics; provide data-driven recommendations for portfolio enhancements. Conduct quarterly evaluations of events and lead generation strategies, making adjustments as necessary. Continuously generate innovative ideas for sponsorship deliverables and activations. Cultivate and maintain relationships with association partners to enhance collaboration.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Event Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of Ncontracts’ comprehensive industry conference program, which serves as a pivotal pipeline for our marketing efforts. You will oversee a portfolio of 100–120 national and state association events each year, managing exhibitor, sponsorship, and speaking engagements while directly supervising 1-2 staff members.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, a data-driven approach, and an understanding of the financial institution association landscape. You should be adept at managing a high volume of tasks without compromising quality, and be able to effectively link event activities to pipeline results while being a dependable partner to both sales and marketing teams.
