Role Overview: Event Marketing Manager
Based in Warsaw, the Event Marketing Manager will own the full event lifecycle for Solidgate’s global presence. With over 40 events planned for 2026, this role brings structure to a process currently split across several teams. The focus: free up Sales to focus on business, while ensuring every event runs smoothly from planning to follow-up.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of Solidgate’s event participation, including booth booking, vendor coordination, and post-event review.
- Align stakeholders across Sales, Design, HR, and Marketing, keeping everyone on schedule for each event.
- Handle logistics for the team: travel, accommodation, transfers, and visa arrangements, so everyone arrives prepared and on time.
- Track event budgets closely, monitor planned versus actual expenses, and deliver detailed financial reports after each event.
- Develop a comprehensive event management playbook from scratch, covering offline conferences, trade shows, and online webinars to support future growth.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing B2B events, conferences, or trade shows end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple events at once without losing track of details.
- Strong budget management skills, including tracking and reconciling costs.
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher) for clear communication with international partners and vendors.
- Ready to travel as needed for key events.
