We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager - Events to take charge of and enhance our global events program and team, from strategic development and planning through to execution, measurement, and optimization. This high-visibility position offers extensive exposure to senior leadership, business unit heads, and field teams across the organization.

This position is perfect for a strategic, detail-oriented marketer who excels in complex environments, enjoys constructing scalable programs, and is adept at managing a team of event specialists. You will serve as the linchpin of our events engine, ensuring that events are not merely isolated occurrences but rather a sustainable, revenue-generating system.

Your Impact:

People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing events team.
  • Build and manage a skilled events team, promoting growth, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Establish clear objectives and expectations, providing continuous feedback and coaching to enhance talent and optimize team performance.
  • Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and professional development, ensuring all team members are empowered to contribute and progress.
  • Model operational excellence, strategic insight, and outcome orientation, motivating the team to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Global Events Program Ownership

  • Design and execute a balanced event portfolio that includes webinars, CPE programs, executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, and flagship in-person experiences.
  • Translate business objectives (pipeline, revenue, brand, community) into a clear annual events roadmap.
  • Develop and enhance our tiered event model to ensure appropriate support, consistency, and scalability across markets.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for event outcomes, timelines, and quality.
  • Guide stakeholders on the role of events in the buyer journey and their contribution to pipeline development and account growth.
  • Assist in directing stakeholders toward the suitable event formats based on audience, objectives, and budget.
  • Balance global consistency with local adaptability, empowering offices while preserving brand integrity, data accuracy, and ROI.

Operational Excellence and Execution

  • Manage and enhance the company’s presence at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and partner-hosted activations to ensure brand consistency, audience engagement, and alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel event promotion strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
