Join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager for Events, where you will take complete ownership of our global events program and lead a talented team from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization. This high-visibility position offers extensive interaction with senior leadership, business unit leaders, and field teams throughout our organization.

This role is perfect for a strategic and detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a complex environment, enjoys creating scalable programs, and can effectively manage a team of event specialists. As the quarterback of our events strategy, you will ensure that our events serve as a repeatable, revenue-driving system rather than isolated occurrences.

Your Impact:

People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing events team.
  • Build and manage a skilled events team while fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Set clear objectives and expectations while providing ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance talent and maximize team performance.

  • Lead by example in operational excellence, strategic thinking, and results orientation, inspiring your team to meet ambitious business goals.

Global Events Program Ownership

  • Design and execute a well-balanced event portfolio that includes webinars, CPE programs, executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, and flagship in-person experiences.
  • Translate business goals (pipeline, revenue, brand, community) into a clear annual events roadmap.
  • Continuously apply and enhance our tiered event model to ensure appropriate levels of support, consistency, and scalability across different markets.
  • Serve as the primary accountability point for event outcomes, timelines, and quality.
  • Advise stakeholders on the integration of events within the buyer journey and their role in pipeline creation and account growth.
  • Guide stakeholders toward suitable event formats based on audience, objectives, and budget considerations.
  • Balance global consistency with local flexibility, empowering offices while maintaining brand integrity, data accuracy, and ROI.

Operational Excellence and Execution

  • Manage and optimize the company’s presence at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and partner-hosted activations to ensure brand consistency, audience engagement, and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel event promotion strategies to maximize outreach and impact.
