Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Director of Product – Salesforce & Enterprise Platforms to spearhead senior product leadership across our Salesforce ecosystem and its closely integrated platforms, including AvSight and other enterprise systems. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for defining the product vision, establishing the roadmap, and driving execution for Salesforce as a foundational enterprise platform. You will lead and mentor a talented team of Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Systems Administrators.

This is a strategic and high-impact senior position tailored for a seasoned product leader who can effectively balance daily operational excellence with transformative platform strategies. The Director will play an integral role in stabilizing and optimizing our current Salesforce environment while leading the charge towards innovation.
