Hard Skills:Technical degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in a construction environment preferred. At least 3 years of installation experience in IT, Cable, Electrical, RF, and/or Telecommunications fields. Familiarity with terminology used in the in-building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) industry. Proven ability to utilize basic hand and power tools for installation projects. Soft Skills:Ability to work flexible hours based on customer needs. Team-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting the construction manager’s objectives. Adaptability in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capacity to build robust relationships with end customers, construction managers, and project managers.

The DAS Field Technician plays a vital role in meeting customer expectations regarding quality, performance, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. This high-energy individual will be responsible for swiftly mastering the trade, delivering impeccable craftsmanship, and demonstrating reliability through actions and words. Given the visibility of this role to CoServe's end customers, professionalism and appearance are paramount. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn, dependability, and a knack for technical, hands-on tasks.

The perfect candidate will have relevant experience with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and aspire to build a career in this industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Lead Technician in installing coaxial and fiber-optic cabling, connectors, antennas, remotes, and couplers as per customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Install active components following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Participate in safety and hazard training as required and prioritize safety at job sites.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to leadership.
  • Provide regular updates on project-related information as needed.
  • Ensure the security of company materials and tools to prevent theft or loss.
  • Arrive on time at designated locations.
  • Demonstrate initiative and offer assistance based on situational needs.
