Hard Skills:Technical degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in a construction environment is preferred. At least 3 years of installation experience in IT, Cable, Electrical, RF, and/or Telecommunications fields. Familiarity with terminology used in the in-building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) industry. Demonstrated ability to use essential hand and power tools for installation projects. Soft Skills:Ability to work flexible hours based on customer needs. Team-oriented with a commitment to fulfilling construction manager’s objectives. Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to build lasting relationships with end customers, construction managers, and project managers.

The perfect candidate will have practical experience with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and a desire to advance their career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Technician in the installation of coaxial and fiber-optic cabling, connectors, antennas, remotes, and couplers in compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Install active components according to manufacturer’s specifications and best practices.
  • Participate in safety and hazard training as necessary, always prioritizing safety on the job site.
  • Proactively communicate potential issues to leadership and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Safeguard company materials and tools to prevent theft or loss.
  • Punctually report to the specified location.
  • Take initiative and provide assistance as needed based on situational demands.
