Hard Skills Include:Preferred technical degree. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in a construction environment preferred. At least 3 years of installation experience in IT, Cable, Electrical, RF, and/or Telecommunications sectors. Familiarity with terminology in the in-building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) industry. Proven ability to utilize basic hand and power tools required for installation tasks. Soft Skills Include:Flexibility in working hours to meet customer demands. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fulfilling construction managers' objectives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in building strong relationships with end customers, construction managers, and project managers.

As a vital member of our team, the DAS Field Technician plays an essential role in fulfilling customer expectations related to quality, performance, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. We seek a highly energetic individual who is eager to learn the trade, deliver exceptional craftsmanship, and demonstrate reliability in both actions and words. Given the visibility of this role to CoServe's clients, professionalism and appearance are crucial. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, be dependable, and possess an aptitude for hands-on technical labor.

The perfect candidate will have relevant experience with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and a strong desire to advance their career in this dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist the Lead Technician in installing coaxial and fiber-optic cabling, connectors, antennas, remotes, and couplers, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Install active components following manufacturer’s guidelines and best practices in the industry.
  • Participate in safety and hazard training as required, consistently prioritizing safety on the job site.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and communicate them to leadership; maintain open lines of communication.
  • Provide timely reports on project-related information as required.
  • Safeguard company materials and tools to prevent theft or loss.
  • Arrive on time at designated locations.
  • Take initiative and offer assistance as needed based on the situation.
