Role overview
The Customer Enablement Specialist acts as both a content creator and an execution partner for the Customer Enablement team. This position focuses on producing learning materials, crafting communications, and developing resources that help customers use and benefit from the Ncontracts platform.
Collaboration with the Senior Customer Enablement Specialist is central to this role. Together, they carry out the team's content and communication strategy, support product launches, manage ongoing lifecycle communications, maintain LMS content, update the knowledge base, and foster community engagement.
