Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Enablement & Training Specialist to empower enterprise marketing teams in mastering a modern, automation-driven SaaS platform. This position lies at the crossroads of customer success, technical training, and marketing operations, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in customer-facing roles while engaging deeply with workflows, data, and systems.
You will spearhead onboarding, conduct live and cohort-based training sessions, and develop playbooks that facilitate scalable and repeatable adoption processes. This role is particularly advantageous for candidates hailing from prestigious tech firms, bringing robust customer interaction skills, technical prowess, and familiarity with marketing settings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding initiatives from the initial login through to successful adoption
Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and cohort programs tailored for enterprise clients
Break down complex technical workflows into straightforward processes for marketing and content teams
Develop and sustain enablement documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
Assist with marketing operations workflows, including CRM automation, reporting, and campaign execution
Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO and content enablement projects
Act as a highly visible and trusted partner to clients throughout their journey
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or SaaS training roles
Experience within a recognized or reputable technology or SaaS company
Proficient hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable platforms
Working knowledge of Python and SQL as applied in real workflows, reporting, or enablement contexts
Essential: Previous remote work experience, strong fluency with remote collaboration tools
