Role Overview
The Conversion Rate Optimization Expert will be pivotal in boosting the performance of our clients’ websites by applying data-driven strategies to optimize their conversion rates.
This role involves analyzing user behavior, pinpointing optimization opportunities, and implementing changes to enhance overall site effectiveness. You will work closely with copywriters, designers, web developers, and other team members.
Your key responsibilities include developing tailored CRO strategies for our clients, conducting website audits to discover optimization possibilities, executing A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses, and collaborating with internal teams to implement, monitor, and continuously refine the optimizations.

Core Responsibilities:
The Conversion Rate Optimization Expert will:
- Design and implement customized, data-driven backend CRO strategies for clients to boost website performance and conversion rates
- Conduct comprehensive audits of client websites to identify improvement areas
- Analyze user behavior using analytical CRO tools, feedback, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Plan, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate changes and measure CRO impacts
- Enhance brand landing and product pages, checkout processes, and overall site architecture
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and developers to implement best practices
