Role Overview
The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our clients' websites through the implementation of data-driven strategies designed to maximize conversion rates.
This role involves analyzing user behavior, pinpointing optimization opportunities, and executing changes that enhance overall site performance. You will work closely with copywriters, designers, web developers, and other team members.
Key responsibilities will include developing tailored CRO strategies for our clients, conducting comprehensive website audits to uncover optimization opportunities, performing A/B and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses, and collaborating with internal teams to implement, monitor, and further refine the results of optimization efforts.

This will involve direct optimization of brand websites, utilizing data-driven insights to improve user experiences, maximize conversion rates, and facilitate genuine business growth for our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist encompass, but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing customized, data-informed backend CRO strategies to improve website performance and conversion rates for our agency’s clients.
- Conducting thorough audits of client websites to identify areas for optimization.
- Performing detailed analysis of user behavior using analytical CRO tools, user feedback, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Designing, executing, and managing A/B and multivariate tests to assess hypotheses and measure the impact of implemented CRO changes.
- Optimizing landing and product pages, checkout processes, and overall website architecture for brands.
- Maintaining close collaboration with copywriters, designers, and developers to ensure best practices are followed.
