Employment Status: Non-exempt
Location: Falls Church, VA (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with clients, providing exceptional support.
- Act as a representative of IntelliDyne in all client interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues effectively.
- Assist desktop and laptop users, addressing challenges with Microsoft, Adobe, Roxio, and other software applications.
- Educate customers and provide direct assistance to resolve issues.
- Manage backup and recovery processes during system upgrades or troubleshooting.
- Address formatting and peripheral issues as they arise, ensuring smooth operation.
- Deliver phone and in-person support for various systems, including email, LAN/WAN, user account administration, and more.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, and printer issues.
Qualifications:
- Must possess DOD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification, such as Security+ CE.
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of technical support experience, or a High School diploma with 8 years of technical support experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an enterprise environment, whether commercial or government.
- Must be eligible for a DOD Public Trust or higher clearance.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications and MS Project.
- Knowledgeable in workstation administration, including imaging processes.
- Basic experience in network support, particularly in active directory environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of independent operation while gaining internal support.
- Ability to build solid working relationships with customers, technical staff, managers, and peers.
