Role Overview

ELVTR is hiring a full-time Technical Operations Specialist based remotely in South Africa. This position supports internal teams by improving technical systems, managing tools, and helping resolve technology-related issues. What You Will Do

  • Review and improve processes across teams such as Sales and Customer Support.
  • Reduce manual work by introducing automation tools and AI-powered solutions.
  • Handle technical questions from colleagues, including issues with platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, and Stripe.
  • Research new tools, workflows, and technical options to meet business needs.
  • Design and roll out new processes to make operations run more smoothly.
